How to Apply for Support from North Bay Fire Relief Fund
Our hearts go out to those who experienced loss as a result of the devastating 2017 North Bay fires. The North Bay Fire Relief fund supports the immediate needs of community members most impacted by the fires. All who have lost a home are eligible to apply for financial support. Here’s how to apply for assistance from the North Bay Fire Relief Fund:
•We’ve partnered with United Way of the Wine Country for fund application and disbursements. Please be assured that RCU is paying all administrative costs, so 100% of donations will aid fire victims. United Way is assisting with the resources needed to take applications and disburse the funds to fire victims.

•Please return completed applications directly to United Way of the Wine Country: By email firstname.lastname@example.org or drop your completed application at: 975 Corporate Center Pkwy., Suite 160, Santa Rosa, CA 95407 (open M-F 8 am to 5 pm)
•The deadline to apply is four (4) weeks after the fires are listed as 100% contained by CalFire
•Applications are also available at the Sonoma County Local Assistance Center (LAC): Press Democrat building, 427 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa, open 9 am – 6 pm daily.
•Applications are available at the Napa Local Assistance Center (LAC): Napa County Health and Human Services Building A, Conference Center, 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Napa – open through November 30, M-F 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 5 pm.
•Applications are also available at Redwood Credit Union's Napa branch, 1705 First Street, Napa. Open Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 4 pm. All completed applications can be turned into RCU's Napa branch or at any RCU location.
Mendocino and Lake Counties
•We’ve partnered with North Coast Opportunities (NCO) for fund application and disbursements. Please be assured that RCU is paying all administrative costs, so 100% of donations will aid fire victims. NCO is assisting with the resources needed to take applications and disburse the funds to fire victims.

•Return completed application to email@example.com or to any NCO office (open M-F 9 am to 5 pm):
◦Ukiah: 413 N State Street, Ukiah CA 95482
◦Lakeport: 850 Lakeport Blvd, Lakeport CA 95453
◦Clearlake: 14832 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake CA 95422
•For additional information, call NCO at (707) 467-3200. The deadline to apply will be 30 days after the fire has been 100% contained by CalFire.
•Applications are also available at the following Local Assistance Centers (LACs):
◦Mendocino County: Mendocino College Gymnasium, 1000 Hensley Creek Road, Building 6220, Ukiah – open daily, 10 am – 7 pm through 10/30
◦Lake County: Clearlake Senior Community Center, 3245 Bowers Ave., Clearlake – open daily through Friday, Oct. 27 from 11 am – 7 pm
PLEASE NOTE: Redwood Credit Union is covering ALL administrative costs related to the fund administration and disbursement, so 100% of the donations to the fund are supporting fire victims. This includes any administrative costs of nonprofits who we've partnered with to provide service or fund disbursements to fire victims.
The North Bay Fire Relief Fund is also supporting fire victims’ food needs through the Redwood Empire Food Bank (serving Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake Counties) and Community Action of Napa Valley (CANV), as well as short-term housing needs through Petaluma People Services Center. Additionally, funds are supporting first responders who lost homes while fighting the fires and protecting our community, and affected students in the four counties are receiving gift cards to replace school clothes and supplies.
