LANDSCAPE TEMPLATES FOR THE REBUILD - COMMUNITY MEETINGS ON MARCH 28th & APRIL 5th!
posted 11 months ago by StacyDuval from The Episcopal Church of the Incarnation
Daily Acts is partnering with the Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership, local landscape architects, and sustainability experts to develop scalable, ready-to-permit, landscape design templates to support the rebuild. We will be hosting two community meetings to engage the public in the process and would really appreciate your help in spreading the word.
The Community Engagement Sessions will be held at the Finley Community Center in Santa Rosa on March 28th and April 5th from 6-8pm and will include social time to reconnect with neighbors, review concept plans, and talk with local experts. This will be followed by a brief presentation and a design charrette to learn more about the needs of the community. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
The goal of this project is to produce affordable, customizable landscape plans for front yards only that will minimize the cost for the under-insured and reduce another barrier to occupancy. We hope you will join us for this discussion whether you are a homeowner, builders, contractors, designers or community groups.
